For the contest, I decided to create a dress-up design of Medi-chan just walking in the park. I added some accessories like a headband, an earring piece, a sign that Medi-chan notices you (the yellow marks), and a noticeable blush on her cheek.
If anyone has tips on how to make better backgrounds or coloring tips, please comment here.
I worked hard on making this design for Medi-chan.
