I dont expect to win, i submit only to submit. Its not nearly finished, because it was drawn in 24 hours. Ive never atemptet drawing anything like that, so i studied alot. In fact, most of the time ive spent on it, was learning the technique and watching tutorials. Im not nearly satisfied and rate this 0.5/10
Blue moon festival is always a noisy and rich holiday in human city because it takes a thousand years to witness this amazing blue light, reflected from the biggest moon. The biggest holiday a human, lucky enough to be born at the correct time, can experience. But for poor downtown workers, this day is nothing special except blue lanterns, traditionally lighten on this day. Most of the day is spent working and only the evening is spent with relatives, work buddies in a bar or simply alone, finally resting and drinking
