Personality: Despite being an older Hikariko, Skarlet is fairly clumsy due to her frequent daydreaming. She is indiscriminately kind and takes good care of others, more so than herself.
Way of Speaking: Speaks with good manners. While she is careful not to offend, Skarlet is sometimes painfully blunt and unaware.
Ability(s): Her arrows track targets. When the arrows hit obstacles before reaching its target, it sends out explosive waves of energy which only disperse after hitting the target. Being hit by her arrows directly does no more harm than a normal arrow.
