I know I'm very late to this, but there's a Twitter thread on people commenting in English memes on Japanese Artist's artwork, and when I saw the thread about it, I feel awful for the artists, please don't comment in English memes on a Japanese Artist's artwork, The memes will not translate well and the artist will think you are being rude.
