i speak morse code. how many dead languages do you speak?

fun fact I typed that whole thing in Morse. my phone's keyboard has a dits-n-dahs setting so I can write in Morse and it'll show up as regular letters
anyhow, I learned Morse quite a while ago and since then I've forgotten a lot of it, and have had to relearn it. the reason i forgot is because I simply don't use it enough for the memory to stay. the language of Morse code is dead, nobody uses it anymore apart from internet mysteries. it's a really underrated language, especially because of how easy it is to learn. hell, I use a website from Google themselves to learn it, which uses simple pictures to associate with the letters you type. it's a very good way to learn it if you ask me.
anyways, try learning it if you can! it's really fun, especially if you're one for passing notes in class, as such:

you have no idea what that says, and likely neither does your teacher or any of your classmates. sit down with a friend and learn it already!!!
