Good/bad news depends on how u take this
Hi guys! I havent been on here much lately because ive become an instagramer and i cant stop. Its all just so easy for me!
Anyways i got good/bad news, it mostly depens on how you take this post.
Here goes....
I have a new comic idea and im making it now. Wait! Dont leave yet! Hear me out this time!
This comic is different. Im turning a really good novel into a comic series. The novel is called "the false prince" by jennifer A. Neilson, and i loved this book for a while now and i imagined it as a really good animated series, but since i cant animate ive at least went for a comic instead.
Ive also decided since i was horrible in my last manga, Truth-be-Told, im actually practicing really hard to draw how i imagine the characters in the false prince.
Also, the false prince comic will be a COMIC, because i wanna color it this time, but ofcourse im gonna simplify the coloring a little.
Im even going to take my time working on this series since in TBT i utterly failed it art AND story wise because i was too quick with it. So im taking my sweet time with The False Prince so i can do much better with the art and the story.
I know the story is already made, since the false prince is a novel, but i do have to try to layout the panels so that the story in the comic makes as much sense as the story does.
And one last thing, this time im going to try to hold onto the false prince comic and not give it up, no matter how much im sick of it.
Im thinking on putting the story on medibang AND webtoon. If any of you dont know webtoon, its an app full of comics that artists make, artists that are just like the readers of webtoon but they make webtoon comics as well, others are just readers. Ever since i got the app ive always wanted to make a webtoon comic, and i think the false prince will be a great comic on webtoon, plus medibang. Btw webtoon is also a website for computers.
Thx for reading this. If any of you have complaints about making another comic so soon even after i abandoned one not long ago, go for it, i can take it, but just so you know i wont complaint back.
