First page is done. I also might have an idea for when the comic may be done. Considering the comic might end up super long, and that im not really working on it full time and my hand gets weak really quick, it might just be done by the near end of 2019 :/

But that is if i take so long on it. If i try to wuicken my pace it might just be done by at least the middle of 2019. So this manga might take some time to be finished. Plus, theres school and my motivation so it might be longer than that.

A way i could make the process quicker is so that i take a hiatus on instagram and start working on it as much as my body can take. Although, i did that for Truth-be-Told and we all should know how that worked out in the end.... but that why ill take some time on it, have a few quick breaks every now and then, and not spend so much time on other things like social media. Im thinking about that, and i might just start dong that when inktober is over and November is here, a d take a full month off insta and everything else surronding my life and just work on solely the comic. Its a possiblity and it could make the process quicker, that is if i have the motivation to do it.

I will try to learn to grab motivation to work on it full time for at least a month and make some progress, than get back to posting on social media at least once a day while i still keep at it on Martia. I really wanna do good for this oneshot and not mess it up, so i wanna do good.

Starting from now ill be learning to grab motivation and keep it while also keeping up with inktober and other art that needs to be finished (which theres inly 2 actually) and start going on hiatus starting on Nov 1st.

Anyways, i hope you guys will be patient and stay to see this comic come to life. Thank you for staying with me, luvs 😚😚😚

Finally finished the cover! Whoa! But today i am not showing you the finished version. I am showing you what the manga itself is gonna look like on the inside. Its gonna look like my art before its detailed with the airbrush brush. Its like i stopped at the shadeing and finished (just see the picture and youll see, itll be unessacary to explain)

I choose not to perfect the comic so much and make it a lil more simpiler without ruining the look of the comic. Hence, my older manga Truth-be-Told. Great story idea, but terribly made. I might remake it one day, idk. But, i dont wanna just lineart it anymore like a manga and instead at least color it and shade it. If i decide to perfect it, the effort would not only end up worthless but take too long. I domt wanna take more than a year or even a little more than a year to finish this.

Now that i look at the script though, its decent, but it seems as though my comic will be much more than 50 pages ;-;) but yet again, you never know. Well just have to see how much time it takes for it to be finished and how many pages well end up with without cutting the script. I do not intend to change my script in anyway.

Reminder, this comic is only for practice use to hone my skills to become a independent comic book artist one day. I will still accept criticism, but please be aware of this.

ok, so yes i'm doing inktober. i know there's a list that practically everyone is using but i'm doing my own, so yeah :] its a pretty random list too. also, nowadays on medibang ive just been posting things whenever i remember to, so sometimes you'll get no inktober art for a few days and then suddenly be spammed XD but ill be posting all of them on both my medibang and instagram. so whether you use one more than the other, it wont matter, they'll be posted on both. although, if you wanna get the art right on the day its supposed to be posted, then follow my instagram :) its @mariasenpai15.

doing inktober my dudes :] this time actually trying to do a drawing each day, but theyll all be in digital form. hope yall dont mind that ^_^) anyways gotta go, kinda in a rush. ill talk about the details later. loves <3

So if anyone ever read the last post, i mentioned that id probably post references of the characters.

Well after finishing the script (Finally!!) of 17 pages, i made two reference pages of the main characters.

Martia: the character we are focusing on. Her reference does have her pet Neptune in it, who is a female husky with a robotic leg cuz of an incident. Martia was made to look and be a rebel. I wanted to make her design unique however intead of adding black colors and tattoos like the stereotypical rebel. Looking at her crop top, it does look like the flash logo but to be honest that was a coincidence i only found out later 😅

Then theres Carl: kinda a sidekick, but not entirely. I made him out to be kind of an awkard guy, considering i made him homeschooled and wanted to stick that into his personality. I also wanted to give him a sorta dingy look, but the truth his his family actually has a lot of money, its just that he has a very family oriented household, so they dont care much for luxury.

So yeah. The reason why the characters are in just flat colors is because i didnt think there would be a point in making the characters look pretty so i didnt bother much with style in the reference sheets, and I can see their figures and faces better that way. I also began the Martia cover but wanted to do the references so I can kep the characters on the cover consistent. Anyways, i hope it all turns out alright ☺️.

ok so i got most of the script done already! that was fast. it was hard too cause i didnt wanna make it so long to were the comic ends up 100 pages, so i had to down the dialogue and all that. i also said id work on my dialogue considering my past comics has had it unwell, and work on panels but we'll get to that later. well in this comic, Martia, I try to make it short but still give as mush detail as possible. I still want you readers to understand whats going on and take all the story in, and have it be done in around 50 pages (hopefully). it may end up rushed but thats why its practice, which is what the next topic is for.

even after reading this, how good it may become, or even bad, please do not get high hopes for it when it comes out. it was made only for the sake of comic book practice and I might do squeals of it (most likely not) it will only be a oneshot and I do not want to end up attached to it, or be asked for me if any need be. so you may take the comic seriously but please also do not compare it to pro artists like maybe the iconic shen creator of blue chair or silentmaru creator of ecstacy hearts. im not like some account with millions of followers XD. I know it may sound weird to ask you not to get your hope up, when i should, but it is just for practice, nothing more. i still would appreciate feedback and critique from it :)

anyways, im also in the works of creating Martia and Neptune's reference pages. I might post them once their done but ill have to see where things go for Martia. if it ends up being a hit I might explain more detail on it and show more, like maybe the rest of the reference pages and maybe talking about how I got inspired to make the comic so sudden. I know it sounds pro but to be truth, those might be the only two things I will do ^_^')

I might post about this on instagram but, im not sure. I dont get a whole lot of attention there let alone here so idk maybe I wont and just say it here and all. that or I will and people will get their hopes up, waiting for it, and finally have it. like I said I dont want it to be serious comic book writing, but it would be nice to get a lil attention out of it you know?

I know everytime ive made a webcomic/manga it ended up either getting canceled or not even happening at all. This time, WILL be different.
I got inspired from Netflix film Next Gen and got the idea to make this story. Just about six pages of script so far. I know, its all happening so fast and your probably thinking “is she serious?” Well i am. However, This is only going to be a one-shot, not a full series like i plan for imaginary Soulz. It just might be longer than medibangs average one shot page count (actually tbh i dont know i just assume its maybe 50 pages) and it could end up being over 50+ pages.
I know it sounds crazy, but itll only be a one shot so its not like its going to be years til its really finished, plus I intend to see this as practice for comic/manga book writing, and even laying out the panels and dialogue is something I am weak at, so i intend to practice on that.
So you may think this might be a 100% serious comic/manga, which it will be BUT I see it as more of a practice.
This is a very messy confession for the idea but if you are still even reading, at least take a moment to consider checking it out once its done and keep up to date with it if your can. I might do this thing I did with an old manga that got canceled, were everyday I wrote about only that book and just had so much to talk about it. I might do that again but im not sure, i might just only do it when its necessary, so then im not just wirting boring old nonsense.
Once it is published though, id really appreciate it if I got feedback and critique for my work when you read it all. I must say though, i dont want to be harassed in case you end up hating it, it is mostly for practice and nothing more. So please, when you critique dont be so harsh but please do be honest when you read it. I may not accept the critique but I will take it to consideration. Thank you ☺️ (Saying that cuase of an experience).
So, let me at least tell you the basic of the story i have in mind. See this as a lil teaser ;)
The story will take place around a girl named Martia (mar-tea-a) who lived in the last standing city on the planet, a city called Four. In the center of that city lies a corrupted corporation, call Orbitron. This girl, Martia, wanted to not only take over the building and fix the ecosystem, she also wanted to find her mother, who was presumed dead but Martia believed she was still alive and well.
She was partners with a dorky guy named Carl, who has a crush on Martia and is a programmer. Carl had one mission to do, and that was to once he takes over the corporation with Martia, they could have control over the riches and pay off his parents debt, and not have to live as a junky anymore and his parents wont have to work so hard.
Amd then theres Neptune, a female husky with a robotic leg from an accident. She belong to Martia, who found her and took her in, amd is now her very best and loyal friend.
That’s basically the story. I hope you all will still support me even if you don't believe this oneshot will become reality, but I know ill make it real once I fix this procrastinating and get to work! I know I can make this story a thing, I already have six pages of script done and once it is done ill begin preparations for the digital world to come to life.

hey guys! i know im not as active as I used to, in fact i'm way more active on instagram but I still try to post on medibang and share my work. heck my work gets shared here first but I usually post the art on both accounts at the same time, kinda, so it doesn't matter as much.

anyways thats not the point, my point is im not as active as much as I used to but ill still be checking up on my account and still planning comics. anyone still remember that imaginary soulz story? well that story has gone through major editing and changes and even progress since last time I ever talked about it, but most importantly about it i've planned a comic book version for it but it wont come out til like maybe a long time. like a LONG TIME! maybe as early/late as 2020. thats when i'll graduate actually and soon go to college. I know college may not be the best time but thats why im saying maybe, and not saying definitely. I plan on becoming an artist and hopefully freelance writer so that definitely helps me for my project. it's not exactly a huge project, but it's been my dream to complete and make it as good as humanly possible ever since the idea came through my head. so it may be 2020, maybe earlier, maybe later, but all I suggest is to not get your hopes up, only because i dont wanna hype all of you and turns out it's not as good or it's getting delayed, so you can wait, but I won't guarantee your wait will either be worth it or short. im not saying ill be awful or that im not confident at all, im just saying it's not 100% guarantee gonna come soon, so I suggest you go on with your lives until I have an actual definite release, that surely wont be soon.

so im back in art block T>T). i hate it when this happens because i want to draw but at the same time i dont wanna. all i wanna do is be lazy and i wanna draw super badly, but whenever i get ready for it i only do a few small details and then give up and do it later. i hate that so much TnT). i wanna get rid of it so bad but idk how, i also have a big scheduale. like i gotta bring my grades up, work on some "things" (things that are too personal to talk about), keep up to date with instagram, wattpad, and my second instagram account. plus im now a days cooking dinner for my family (of three. im only fourteen and im learning to cook by my mom so i can feed her, my dad and my nephew) and take care of my dog Tokyo. its all super stressful and im trying to get all that junk out of the way so i can continue drawing. thats also why ive been super inactive cuz i dont wanna add medibang to something i have to keep active on. so idk, i might just be on hiatus from all internet connections and get the important stuff out of the way.

finally fixing my novel Imaginery Soulz cuase after 140 pages i realized a tone of mistakes i made and made it into a romance novel instead of an action packed book with thrills and adventures. plus im trying my best to make its webcomic version a thing but its a hassle. thanks for working with me and eing patient btw TitaniumPegusas :)

i know im terrible when it comes to webcomics like trying to finish it but not even starting it and already wanting to cancel the project ;-;) im working so hard on trying not to do that so ive been challenging myself by making illustrations that take more time and effort and sketching comics on paper that i will never show you guys. sorry. so yeah im working on fixing my mistakes that i constantly make and makeing myself be more intimate in long running sotries that take a lot of time and effort to make it great and to actually finish it. remember Truth-be-Told guys? yeah those were some pretty dark days ;-;) im still sorry that i made all of you excited for it (even if you didnt get excited) only to end up canceling it. so yeah thats out now :P

story time: so i had art block for a really long time, so long that I lost practice and my hands were getting unused to drawing so now im working on it. i finally got inspiration to draw when I listened to BTS's new song fake love and decided to make fanart based off of it so we should see that soon. my hand hurts though :'). plus i've been having rough days lately (long story short depression and slight anxiety have been starting to take a tole on me lately) so yeah wish me luck on my long road to life yall :').

i got wattpad lately (i basically used the same username 'Maria-Senpai' so it should be easy to find me) and i've been haveing fun with stories lately but their getting replaced with my art schedule so im trying to reduce my time on wattpad. plus social media is doing the same so im spending less time on social media but thats caused me to be super inactive so ive been doing live streams on instagram. if anyone wants to see them feel free to check them out. speaking of which, right after im done with this ill be doing a livestream of one of my upcomming illustrations 'Peace & Quiet' so go check it out if its still there :)

Errols reference sheet done! I tried something new, i used a new technique on color theory. I basically used colors that compliment the base color and airbrushed some parts lightly. 😋😋

I just wanna say thank you all so so much for the support from my mini comic "the truth behind your tears", they made me so happy and im so thankful for that. Ive also had kind of a rough day today and the happiness i got from my bf and the comments i read from that comic made me really happy. I just hope that the same can be given to some other peeps who have seen better days can get what i got today too, so i suggest giving support to other people who have been getting their share of pain 😊.

Also ill definitely be making more mini comics about the relationship of Agatha and Errol in the near future. I was thinking on doing it every weekend but i soon thought that would be too much for me and will get me stressed out easily, and even the mini comics would become low quality too. So think ill do these mini comics whenever i get a good idea to make one.

Ok, so i got a few oc's that i made on love nikki for fun, idk if ill actually draw them though. BUT i do have 2 other oc's thatll actually be a couple. I must warn you though its a very sad/happy relationship, which ever way you wanna take it as.

Their both gonna be first introduced in a short mini comic, kind of as a practice on comics (practicing to detail while trying to do it quikly, which ties with trying to be productive as i can with it, and blah blah blah😂) and theyll basically say a dark thing about both characters. But, if you get the message of the comic youll understand them better.

Im trying to finished before monday morning, cause by then ill be going to school and staying at my sisters for 5 days, then go back home till friday afternoon (thats how my weekly schedule goes these days) and then continue the mini comic. Im trying to avoid that as much as possible, so im trying to finish it quikly while still helping my family with personal stuff. Ill be posting it on here as soon as possible, on myspace, when its finally done. So all i ask from you guys is to be patient, and its up to you if you wanna give me support too, i wont beg or force you into it 😉.

Ok so i decided wattpad is the best method for publishing this book for you and other wattpad readers to read. Turns out quotev wont allow you to add pictures. Well one but only at the top, and i have mutiple pictures that need to go in certain places. I know wattpad allows me to do what i just said i needed. so wattpad is the new original place on the internet for everyone to see, and the place.

So as of now im trying to get better at my art. I think the problem with most of my art is that there not interesting enough, so im trying to work on makeing more dynamic and hard and more detail drawings right now.

Im also practicing conner right now but not enough 😣.

Im especially reading the runaway king (the second book of the false prince) and im trying to read it more often but social media, friends, my other personal life stuff, anime, imaginary Soulz illustrations and art for my social media accounts are keeping me from my reading time 😅

*ahem* ok lets get back on track. Im especially always thinking about how TFP will be drawn and how ill lay it all out. I remember Truth-be-Told being one of my most horrible manga, but the only one that was posted on the internet 😣😒. This time i wanna do much better with everything, and especially drawing the scenes and characters coreectly by how their described in the book.

Anyways. So far the practice sketches of the characters have been going well (see them on my instagram) but i still see a lot of problems with the main three boys in the first book. So as of now im trying to get better at art so that they dont look so bad 😣.

Im also trying to get the the false prince book but i havent bought it yet cause i keep forgetting 😣😣. My memory is the worst, ok!

One more thing. I found a much better way to draw and color hair traditionally and im currently practiceing on the digital version, only it wont be finished till this weekend cause im drawing it on my computer and i dont have my computer except on weekends. So yeah 😣.
