Alright, I was able to finish the background for it today, so here's the final version. Before you get too excited, this is being drawn from reference, as the whole point was to redraw the still frame and get practice doing so. So this isn't all from my imagination or anything, at least as far as scene composition and structure goes. Credit for the original source goes to the team over at Gearbox.
