All I know about him is that if assume he's in his 30s-

He haunts an old, abandoned mattress store filled with loads of junk like kids toys, broken microwaves, and for some reason, a fridge that still works-

He's a nice guy, and is a big weirdo. In a good way, of course.
Though, I think there's something wrong. Wherever no one is around, he ects all gloomy, and it's not because of the people being gone.
