Prologue *Melody & Harmony*
It was an unusually warm afternoon for a fall day. The ground here was still green, odd compared to all the other nations. A nimble dragon swiftly skidded out of a cave carved onto a cliff, a larger dragon waited outside.

"There he is!" The larger dragon spoke with a sweet tone, her claws outstretched to her son.
"Oh my little boy is growing up!" She quickly embraced her son, cradling him softly.

"Mom..." The dragonet felt like pulling away from her sides, but something urged him to stay put.

"Are you sure you have everything Stormy?"

"Yes Mom."

"Is that all?"

"Think so." Storm lifted his wings to check his bags.

The mother stood back and sighed, everything he worked for lead up to this point. Now it was just a wave goodbye. She glanced behind her, the early afternoon sun still high in the sky. She faced back and hugged Storm for the last time.

"See you sweetie.." she said in a hushed, choked tone.

"Love you Mom." Storm embraced her back with wings spread around her, he was nearly as large as she.

As Storm backed away he stared into his mother's eyes, they glistened. She was going to miss him.

"I promise, I'll visit every month." Storm reassured her.

Storm walked to the edge of their cliffside cave, spreading his wings, he took a last look at his mother, giving each other sorrowful glances. Then without a word he dove off the edge, spiralling downward then up into the air.
As much as he was sad he was also impaitent. Maybe nervous. Overly excited? He had trained his whole life just to get accepted into this camp. Mellowbrook was the highest, and largest, healing institution ever made. There was no way he'd turn down an opportunity like that. Maybe it was just his nerves, or maybe it was just his lack of any sort of paitence at all, but he knew something was bugging him.
He'd get to meet other dragons. Dragons like him, and dragons not like him. Fellow Air Dragons were nice and all, but it'd be cool to see a Rock Dragon climb. Oh man, he wanted to learn to do that. Or maybe see a Sea Dragon swim. Let's just say, Air Dragon schools are isolated there in Terragon Heights.
All of those thoughts weren't what bugged him. So he wasn't impaitent at all. It was some other feeling in the back of his head.
He quickly glided past a few oak trees surrounding a river, the camp was so large it would be seen from Terragon Heights. Storm wondered if this place would be anything like Air Dragon schools. Did they make everyone sit in sections according to breed? We're classes seperated? He certainly didn't want to be in a room with Ice Dragons. The mere thought made Storm's scales slither.
That was it. It wasn't eagerness or his nerves.

He couldn't be in a room with an Ice Dragon.
