*Second pic is the ref image I used!* I'm calling it good on this drawing, there's always another one to practice on. Overall I'm pretty happy with this as a first step, but the most obvious point of improvement I can see is getting good at drawing skin the way Hayashida does. Which even when I have a work of hers up for reference is quite difficult. The monochrome parts look fine for now, but my eye and technique for color still has a long way to go. I have an idea for another drawing I want to do to challenge myself, and it involves a fan art of Makoto from Blazblue, so that might be next.
