Sometimes life can get really heavy and overwhelming (especially during the whole Covid times TuT) so I cant stress enough on how important it is to let ur frustrations loose whether it be through art , music or anything else , don't bottle up negative feelings and learn to release it through productive hobbies and passions :D for me drawing when I'm upset or listening to music really helps or just writing out my thoughts on paper UWU KEEP YA HEAD SPACE HEALTHY :3 (I suck at it lol but im tryin heh :U;)
