  > flower The second one is my painting style, so most of the time I tried to do it in one single layer (sometimes using multiple layers but I merge it together afterwards)! *The process is like this: Sketch > colour underneath > overpaint with greater detail > Finishing touches (Doing everything in one layer is spooky to me too so my overpaint is all done in a separate layer to my sketch and colour lol) The brush I mainly use is the square watercolour brush, with the colour blending option set medium/low, I prefer to do my blending manually to give that dry paint effect? idk how to explain it jgoajgdhg

  ooogh the quality may be bad but i still REALLY like the style in the 2nd one..... (⺣o◡o⺣) oh and if it's okay to ask!; how does doing that style work? as in is it all on one layer? :O and is the watercolor brush used? i always get the sense that the lineart is on the same layer as the colors and that scares me oof
