Streamlining my account

I'm in a process of managing all my social media account for streamlining my work updates.

This includes:
(For PM) - Discord, Pixiv msg and Medibang chat.
(For work update) - DA and Twitter.
(For work submission) - DA, Pixiv and Medibang.
(For mail purposes) - DA note and my email (I'll provide later).

(Right now everything is a mess... :P)

I hope with this, I would be able to submit, reply or chat with any of my followers or people that I'm following with ease.
