ok so this first one (i'll try to come up with the character's normal designs at the start of the story dome other time-)
She joined a guild with the other characters because she wants to have enough money to open a maid cafe one day (also her power can turn anything into maid looking stuff XD), level of power: mostly useless
Second one, the reason she has cat ears AND human ears is because she's actually not a catgirl, she's just a girl who really likes cats
She joined the guild because there will (maybe) be some pretty cat bois in there xD her special power lets her summon cat spirits to help fight monsters, level of power: helpful for fighting
And the third one, she joined the guild so she could see dragons! She's always wanted to ride a dragon even before she came to this fantasy world, her power lets her and others teleport to places, as long as she's been there before. Level of power: extremely convenient
