also for the shading question: Block shading (idk if that's the right term for it but its what I call it :'p) basically its shading where you break off different sections where the shade (or difference in value) would be- so the inside of the ear and stuff. This goes with shading, lighting, everything- and it can look kinda geometric depending on how you do it. I really like doing it bc I just like how it looks :D
