> Two Golden Gears Yes, all of them are free. MediBang is free. FireAlpaca is free (I only need the export function). Gimp is free photoshop (because when Medibang exports psd it messes things up). Cubism Live 2D is the only one that is necessary. There is a paid version but the free version does enough for my usage. OpenToonz is open source and can be replaced with any good video editing software. Format factory is free( it's a bit sketchy though ) and I only needed it to turn the video into a gif. GifOptimizer, because MediBang.

Last part
of old art.
After I some time I bought a cheap 25€ tablet for my brother, which I used sometimes.
It was horrid, riddled with driver errors and a heavy pen due to it needing two AAA battery. The only upside is that had a large drawing surface.
At the end of the month I bought a Wacom Intous Manga which I still use to this day. There are still some driver issues, but the necessary functions are there and the pen is so much lighter. The small size is nice for when I take it somewhere, but it took longer to get used to. It was 4 times the price though, and I think I should have gotten the non-touch version. But too late.

Part 2 showcases my digital art I made
Picture 1 My first digital drawing. It took a week to draw, which now I would laugh at. Also first art of Titan and his Pegasus.
Picture 2 I also started making digitally drawn animation. Before that I used paper and scanned it and inked it with inkscape and a mouse.
Picture 3 Touhou in Mecharmor. 'nough said. It was a phase that I initially wanted to bring over to Medibang, but it just didn't feel right.
Picture 4 The last non Medibang/FireAlpaca or whatever I'm using image.

So the most asked for activity for the 100 follower milestone was to show my art from long ago. So I dug out my old stacks of drawings and man, I need to clear some of those stuff out. It's probably over 30 cm (12 inches) tall and most of it is just plain cringe. Obviously I didn't keep everything I drew but I kept those I thought (at that time) were good.

Anyway Part 1 is all traditional drawings.

Picture 1 is before I drew anime. I did play Pokemon but my style was oriented around the french comic style like Tintin and Astrix & Obelix.

Picture 2: I used to be terrible at homework, meaning I didn't do them. So after a teacher/ parent/ student conference I was made to draw dust covers for my homework booklet. I didn't do one every year but I considered these the best art of each year in which they were drawn.
Picture 3: I rarely used anything else than pencils, but for these I did use watercolors. Only the car is different in that it is a Linolprint.
Picture 4: I tried to make my style more variable, so I bought some different pencils. Up to that point I only used HB (Pencil #2). I also bought a sketch book which I still haven't filled because I got a new stack of cheapo, 1000-page copy paper (this is empty and I started a new stack).

So I need to get this animation finished already, so here's a preview of the current status.
BTW nobody has been able to guess the opening, so I'll give some tips:
1. It's the japanese version of the opening, not the american or any other one.
2. It's a somewhat older anime, though most people will recognize it.
3. I have not actually watched it.
4. It's the first opening.

but you know Medibang does to gifs. It turned out so tiny or else we get major corruptions.

Save, open the animator mode of Cubism and load it, make her move about and export as sequential images. ~ Open OpenToonz, add the background, work some more magic like the twirling stuff and export as sequential images. ~ Finally open the browser, go to Gifmaker and drop it in. ~ Then notice the file is actually 16 Mb so open ezgif in the browser and optimize it. ~ Go to Medibang upload and see that the eyes pop out of their sockets, go back to ezgif and do everything to make it work.

> Majestic_Narwal Thanks. What I do is I draw an image in Medibang with all parts I want to animate independantly on seperate layers. Then I pair the lineart with the respective coloring in a folder. This is a bit tricky, especially if there is shading that crosses over from one to another part. For example here the hair is split into 4 different parts: tophair, lefthair, righthair and backhair(still better than bottomhair). ~ I save the image locally and open it in Firealpaca, onionmode and export layers, because Medibang can't do that and Firealpaca can't access my cloud. ~ Now all parts are on seperate images e.g.: head in 003.png, left eyeball in 009.png, right iris in 011.png. Open all in Gimp and export as .psd. ~

I use FireAlpaca because it is almost the same like Medibang paint pro, but generally any program that can onion skin and export frames will work (or better yet, automatically create the gif for you).

I am most definetely going to practice some more, but I tried to apply some of the tips that were suggested to me such as looking closer at the head anatomy and color palette. Obviously I'm not there yet where I want to be but hopefully I can reach there sooner than later (or never).

Uh... No sé que es el nivel de dibujo pero, su arte está bien. Pero también puedo encontrar muchas fallas que arreglar. Un poco en el cabello y pues parece muy raro y loco. Lo importante de un dibujo es expresar. No obstante la calidad del dinamismo esta nulo y no le encuentro sentido en ello. Eso es todo, creo que se le olvidó mi dibujo de su concurso.
