too much blare makes it hard to feel

The beat at a steady rise
splintering the mind at my demise
fueling the ache that I crave
the few chosen to enslave

Water into flowing wine
spilling out to be divine
intoxicate my head
turn all outcomes red

indefinite visions of end
watch as I descend
spiraling circles of screams
choosing the dire over dreams

mindful decisions
mindless precisions
falling into insanity
incoherent vanity

how fast she condescends
the force that brings this fall to an end
the promised light
leads to the last goodnight
