Vincent didn't know how they had gotten lost, but at least they knew they were in a cave. They decided to spend the night there until they could find a way back home-- until they saw a small figure in the cave as well.
It was another goat; he was small and black, and was wearing a yellow jacket. He seemed scared, so the only reasonable thing Vincent could do was approach and try to console him.
He was unwilling to speak at first. They both were hearing explosions in the distance, but Vincent was determined to keep him distracted from them.
"Hello! Who are you? I'm Vincent." They said with a smile.
"...I-I'm Xander.." He replied, shakily.
