Hopeful Heroine liked!

Here’s a positive message for anyone who needs a lil boost rn <3

It’s okay to not feel okay, you’re doing your best with what you have :]
Even if someone gets mad at you, even if you lose a friend, just remember to love yourself. Don’t focus on those who leave you, focus on those who love you- even if it’s not many people, there’s always someone, someone out there who will care for your feelings

Keep doing your best, and although sometimes life gets really bad, trust me, it’ll get better someday
I’m hoping the best for you ^^
Go out there and be yourself, keep doing your best with what you have, regardless of what people say

Don’t hurt yourself, don’t beat yourself up over small things, things will be okay.
You got this, I believe in you <3

Hopeful Heroine liked!

because somebody asked

Alright, I haven't shown this one yet but I've had this for a few months now

-Warning: mentions of manipulation and death-
-Also very long-

Their name is Callosin and one of the many non-human ocs i have. Not only are they murderous and manipulative, they're also cunning and calculative
Despite having nearly to no magic, they're extremely accomplished, having multiple universes and people wrapped around their finger
They use many tactics and is able to pull off any act or role, before going for the kill. Lover, parental figure, protector, they can gain your trust before brutally backstabbing you. Or they can get straight to the point, causing complete chaos, destruction and massacre to get what they want. They could pretend to be a saviour, leading them to false paradise, or take over and rule with an iron fist. Or even have practically no one know their existence, using people as their puppets to gain control
Sometimes, the victims believe that they're the good guy and they're in the right, not knowing the harm they cause or just ignoring it. Others know exactly what's going on, and live in fear or hate under Callosin's watchful eye. Some have even been driven to insanity by them, becoming dry, empty husks of themselves

Two examples are Hush (in a doodle in a past topic) and Koru from my last picture
Hush had been living in misery before Callosin came and used them to burn their homeplace, Hush having fire magic. Hush became their 'right-hand man', constantly around them and for most of the 'missions'. In reality, Callosin needed a counter for Koru, who also had fire magic, and always fed them lies to guarantee them staying and not running away, convincing them that everyone else hated them just as much as their homeplace and that their kindness was deceit. This lead Hush to believe that Callosin was the only person who'd care and that they had no where else to go
Koru, on the other hand, doesn't look like she's deceived at first glance, but that she's resisting instead. But that's what she thinks, what everyone thinks, but not Callosin. They have as much control over her as the rest of the victims, she's 'free' so that she can make things interesting. They had ruined her life, and she swore that she'd bring them to justice, chasing them down and ending them once and for all. Only that they'd get away everytime, Koru always getting hurt in the end and Callosin always taunting her with 'It's in the name of reality'. In extreme cases, Callosin would tear her down to the brink of death, but just able to continue to live. Her desire for justice eventually turned to rage, blinding her judgement and pushing everyone away, which would only fuel that rage into hatred and bloodlust. All of this would be under Callosin's control.

There'd be the rare cases where Koru would finally 'defeat' them, after years of suffering. All the effort would all be ripped away by Callosin's time distortion. They may not had much magic, but they had powerful items in their possession. Tarot-like cards which held the capability of tweaking fate, which they used sparingly yet tactfully, like a game of wits
This was all it was for them. Apart from it being a job from higher beings they respected, it was all nothing more than a twisted game of suffering and supremecy.
