The train area was encapsulated by a large bubble of glass to keep alters from forcibly fronting. One exception, however, was an opening leading to a forest with an invisible wall. Here is where most of the trauma keepers stay. A two story cabin somewhere within, five or six trauma keepers talking amongst themselves to entertain one another.

In the distance, outside the bubble, there seemed to be another train station. Speculated to be the far back of house (the place where alters reside that nobody has contact with and never front), most try to break the glass and free themselves to view a desolate outdoors full of snow, however none of them prevailed.

Feel free to correct me if im wrong

DID is a mental disorder caused by severe and/or repetitive trauma. The most commen way for it to develop is through sexual abuse/assault, and its much more commen for the victim to have gone through several assaults before splitting.
Splitting is the brains way of coping with the trauma.
(im not entirely sure on the next bit)
When you split, the very first alter you create is a trauma holder.
The time you're able to split is between the ages of 0-5.

Feel free to correct me if I missed anything!
