I think it would take them too much time and efforts. Which I understand. We the number of those accounts are increasing so fast.
They should at least do some warning announcements for the youngest or even for the parents, if they monitor their activity on here.
I don't know they could at least ban their IP so we can have some rest... but here again it could be useless with the vpn softwares...
