Also I think my anxiety has gotten worse, habits of mine have been more frequent and I can’t help but freak occasionally. I’m actually not here to vent rather I wanted help but most of you are.. I wouldn’t say unreliable but… I just don’t know (If you feel offended by this I’m sorry). Anyway my depression is really not mixing well with my anxiety nor anger issues, I feel like I’m going to cry while trying to physically, emotionally and mentally damage someone. I try not to reveal anything about myself on the internet but none of you know me so at this point I don’t give a fuck.

  • hi, hi, hi! i send hugs! for me, when i get really anxious about something, i try to remove myself from the situation that i am in... and if i cant i take deep breaths and try to close my eyes. being in the dark, or having a sense of being in the dark, helps me calm down. my freind used to cut and stuff and to help her stop, she would draw on her arms in pen instead. she still has the urge to, but that is going to be there for a long time. and thats ok. p r o g r e s s . :)
