Tomorrow is the Summer Solstice and i goddam hope i can get the sun ready by then XD i dont have alot to do, mostly the body and the wings are left to be finished. And AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHHA im just sooooooo excited to show you the final product OWO
sooooooooooooooooooooooo weird stuff happened today XD there's a special event at the end of the course i chose to study. Every year there's a film festival where everyone submits their best works to be judged by professional and the hope to get recognised by a company. So i've won three awards for my 2d digital animation and stopmotion animation XD then got noticed by a local indie gaming company asking me if i want to do concept designs
oooooft today was very unexpected
If you put your hardest effort into your beloved work, you will get noticed by someone, it can be anyone, a famous well known person, a friend etc. Believe you can do it. Sometimes the unexpected will happen, like today XD
I thought i won't win something cuz there was so many good animations/films produced by talented ppl. But then, i won three awards and got noticed and i was like "what?" *-*'

sooooooooooo, moar info about the collab
since moar ppl on here wanted to do a birb collab with me,i thought to myself after september, there's only three months left and isn't fair to anyone who wants to collab with me, heck it's a monthly birb not a daily drawing XD
I've decided that after i come back around 1st week of july from vacation, i'll start the birb collab *^* i'll select the person who is free in that month to collab with me or use the randomniser XD
The theme for july will be, God of the moon, havent decided which mythology to choose from, might go with the japanese mythology who knows lol
In short answer, birb collab starts in July and onwards til december this year *^*

I did this in college today, hecking love it and it's my first time using photoshop to this extent lol its an album cover and we had choose a song and artist :D i chose Owl City and To The Sky. One of my favourite artist and music, also best animated film ever cuz, goddamn those graphics looks so realistic yet sooooo underrated :( im sadden by the fact the film will never get sequel. The film is called Legend of the Guardians: The owls of Ga'Hoole

This month's birb drawing :D will be some sort of celebration drawing for my birthday, so gonna be posting this on my birthday XD I will be drawing my OC who is a 6 winged rainbow God birb, he is the God of RNG. his name is Rngness-sama :P
The most difficult part of this drawing, is colouring the 6 wings, now im slighty regretting as why i decided to give him 6 wings XD

the picture i used as for reference and photo study i guess is a normal blue jay mixed with the Steller's jay colouring. Of course in my style i like to add some fantasy to birbs looool

Don't let social media ruin your love for art, yes it's frustrating to see a scribble getting more love than ur hardwork that u've spent more than 5hrs. Heck seeing someone getting more followers, likes more than u etc is really irritating. But don't let that control you, or just dont let anything control you lol heck if ur art sucks well do more, even it's shit, even it wont gain the love u need. Just keep drawing and posting the things u love to draw and one day you'll be at the place you wanted to be and slap those who decided to ignore ur drawing *^* you know instead of having the goal of becoming well known on social media (even tho its a place to gain the exposure u needed) focus on drawing, creating that awesome portfolio for a job u wanted the most :)
